3.Service efficiency: in or outside the warranty time, the supplier in upon receipt of the notification, we process the problems with telephone in the first time or our maintenance men arrive at the scene within 24 hours.
4. Service principle: product warranty period is 24 months (according to the contract).In warranty time,we will offer free maintenance and components replacement of caused by quality. If man-made damage of equipment made by buyers,we offer free maintenance service in condition that we supply the accessories .
5. Service method:when users receive pumps, we offer free on-site technical guidance service for 30 days,we can also provide long-year paid on-site technical service at the request of customer.
6. The service content: it is covered throughout the entire product marketing process.
